Birthday for Michael B. Jordan’s – His first significant roles as in the critically acclaimed TV series “The Wire” (2002) as Wallace. Further Tv roles followed, including in “All My Children”, “Friday Night Lights”.
Jordan’s first film collaboration with director Ryan Coogler was “Fruitvale Station” (2013) followed by the Rocky sequel “Creed” (2015) with Sylvester Stallone. Jordan’s third film with Coogler was the Marvel superhero film “Black Panther” opposite Chadwick Boseman. The film was an international hit and became the first superhero film to be nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards.
