Mindful Synergi
FREE mental health support for people impacted by the recent floods. We know how important it is for people who have experienced a natural disaster to have access to meaningful support now so they can recover naturally and avoid any long-term after-effects like PTSD.
That’s why our team of trauma-informed therapists has opened up 3 spaces to people impacted by the floods. We’re offering a FREE weekly online counselling session for three months.
We’ll also be sharing some self-care tips on our INSTAGRAM page over the coming weeks to ensure everyone has access to meaningful support as they start to restore, rebuild and process the things they have seen, experienced and lost. – Visit their website for more information: Mindful Synergi
