Gosford RSL hosts Disaster Relief Flood Appeal
Disaster Relief Australia are there to help communities rebuild their lives and assist with flood recovery once the waters subside.
Disaster Relief Australia (DRA) unites the skills and experiences of Australian Defence Force veterans, emergency responders and civilians to rapidly deploy disaster relief teams domestically and around the globe. Disaster Relief Australia (DRA) was launched in 2016.
In April 2017, DRA launched its first disaster relief operation to Proserpine in Far North Queensland in response to the devastation wrought by Tropical Cyclone Debbie. Since then, they’ve gone on to help thousands.
So to help, with the most recent flood disaster and DRA’s efforts, Gosford RSL would like to raise as much money as they can with their Flood Relief Fundraiser Raffle to be held on August 7.
This is MUCH more than your ordinary raffle, this fundraiser raffle has over 50 yes FIFTY prizes to be won!
All profits will go to Disaster Relief Australia to help communities devasted by the recent floods.
Prize items will need to be collected from Club Reception and are not exchangeable. eGift Cards and Vouchers will be emailed to winners on Monday August 9.

We’re all only too aware of the catastrophic affects these floods have had on our community and others around the state and our country.
