Ettalong Waterfront
You can’t go past the extensive play area and walk that takes in panoramic views towards Sydney. Ettalong waterfront and beach is one of our true favourite Coast Beaches.
Our fave place for something to eat?
If you’re with the family, head to Ettalong Diggers – every single member of the family will be satisfied.
If you’re with a group of friends, head for Ikhwan Coffee House in the Galleria at Ettalong (the same complex as the cinema) – it’s authentic Halal Malaysian and you HAVE to try their chilled milo drink – it’s one of the best!
Killcare Beach
This has been a favourite of mine for a very long time.
You really can’t beat Killcare Beach. The rock pool area that’s frequented by parents with young children and the walk along the beach is such a great spot for families.
If you’re looking for something to eat, head down the hill to the Fat Goose Cafe or better still, hop in the car, down the hill and head to Bensville. Turn at the sign that says Bensville Village and enjoy the delicious treats from Bottletree Kitchen.
Hargraves Beach
This is a new discovery for me, and I’m a bit hesitant to share this gem (But sharing, is caring!)
The rock formations on this beach are just incredible. Close to Noraville, you won’t regret heading here.
If you’re looking for a lunch spot, Village Cafe is a winner (just try NOT to drool over their Instagram page) or head to The Ary at Toukley their burgers are delicious and I’ve been reliably informed that the pumpkin gnocchi is one of the best.
