The Queen’s Birthday long weekend is here and we’ve compiled a list of some of the “must-do” activities right here on the Coast.
It’s important to remember that Double Demerits will be in place from Friday 5 June to Monday 8 June inclusive. (Demerits apply from midnight of the start date to midnight on the finish date.) Please take care on the roads, as there is an expectation of high traffic numbers due to relaxed COVID-19 restrictions.
On Friday – HIT 101.3FM will be celebrating all things TAKE-AWAY. They’re encouraging Coasties to order takeaway from your fav local restaurant, cafe, or takeaway shop, tag HIT 101.3 on Facebook and Instagram so they can support your local take-away restaurant.

Want to take the family out for a nice meal? Gosford RSL should be at the top of your list.
During the height of the pandemic Gosford RSL was one of the very few venues that remained open for guests to visit and offered take-away and delivery options. They’ve also added a very schmick looking drive-through BBQ offering bacon and egg rolls and roast beef rolls.
Since the 1st of June the club can potentially welcome up to 300 people within the club, understandably there will be some changes and restrictions, so please call the club in advance to reserve your table and answer any questions you may have.

With many eateries now reopened, it’s a great spot to meet for coffee after you’ve done your shopping!
